General Return & Exchange Guidelines
To ensure a smooth process, please keep the following guidelines in mind:
- Merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Items must be returned with original packaging and tags intact.
- Original invoice/receipt is mandatory for all exchanges.
- Items purchased at 50% or more discount cannot be exchanged or returned.
- Altered garments are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Socks cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
Our Exchange Return Policy applies to both online and in-store purchases except where mentioned.
Online Orders – Return & Exchange Process
Online customers can exchange items within 30 days of purchase.
- Exchange is possible at our physical store with the original invoice.
- Orders worth Rs. 25,000 or more require prepayment.
- Sale items are not eligible for refunds.
- Exchange may be allowed depending on stock availability.

In-Store Purchases
If purchased directly from our retail outlet:
- Items can be exchanged within 14 days.
- Receipt must be shown at the time of exchange.
- Items with 50%+ discount cannot be exchanged or returned.
The same Exchange Return Policy rules apply unless stated otherwise.
International Orders
Returns for International Customers
We do not offer returns for international orders unless the product delivered is:
- Wrong size
- Wrong color
- Incorrect item
In such cases:
- A refund will be issued for the product cost only (shipping excluded).
- Or customer may choose free shipping on next order.
Exchange for International Orders
- International exchanges are accepted.
- Return shipping AND new shipping cost must be paid by the customer.

Refund Policy
Refunds are processed through IBFT (Bank Transfer) within 96 hours after the returned item is received and inspected.
